If the product quality is not a problem, we cannot accept returns. If there are any issues with the goods, we will provide appropriate compensation to the customer.
Returns must be kept in their original condition, unused/unused, with original labels and tags.
Before processing the refund, your returned item will undergo inspection upon arrival. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit it to your account within 10 working days. The refund price does not include the original shipping cost.
